SCHOLARSHIPS

The Scanlon Foundation Research Institute is committed to supporting the diversity of individuals and organisations working to strengthen social cohesion in Australia. To encourage broad participation and help reduce barriers to attendance, we are pleased to offer Conference Scholarships for the upcoming Australian Social Cohesion Summit in Melbourne.

 

Eligibility for Full Scholarships:
Full scholarships are available to individuals who are:

  • Part of a volunteer-run or community organisation

  • Recognised community leaders

  • Students

  • Members of a sports club

 

Eligibility for Partial Scholarships:
Partial scholarships will be offered to individuals from not-for-profit organisations working in areas related to social cohesion.


Scholarships cover the cost of Summit registration only. Attendees awarded a scholarship will be responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and meal expenses. We encourage eligible individuals to apply and join us in shaping the conversation on Australia's social cohesion future.

REFUND POLICY

The following refunds on registration fees will apply from the date of receipt of notification:

​

Cancellations made 60 days prior to the conference will be refunded 50% of the fees paid.

​

No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date and any registrations with a balance remaining will be due in full. Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome.

​

All refunds will be made at the conclusion of the conference.


Any No-Shows will be treated as a cancellation, and the above policy applies.

​

Any alterations or cancellations of registration must be sent in writing to - info@scanloninstitute.org.au. Verbal alterations or cancellations cannot be accepted.
